Owner & Company President
Company owner and the principal designer of the Mobile Solar Power Generation System and Patent Pending Electric Tractor Conversions. Design and developed micro inverters, backup power systems and passive solar homes for residential areas. With over 40 years in various technical fields, he has been able to design the latest solar power generation design and electric tractor conversions with the ability to operate long hours in high temperature environments.

Operations Manager
Engineer Ataulfo is responsible for company operations ensuring the safest, most efficient and proficient process are employed throughout the company. Having a background in large plan facilities is gifted with applying concepts needed for managing various industries.

Mabel is a principal organizational leader for RIMA who plans, develops, and establishes policies and objectives for departments in accordance with board directives and corporate charter. She has owned a business in education for fifteen years and has the natural ability to motivate employees to perform their best.
Ing. Luis Alberto Duarte
Director of Plant Assembly
Responsible for the operational area, logistics and development of projects that take place, such as the design and manufacture of metal structures. Ing. Luis Alberto has been instrumental in the development of the mechanism for the Deployable Solar Power Generation System, manufacture and integration of its metal cabinets, and associated maintenance services.
Jesus Abel Duarte Rivera
Business Development
Abel is our accountant department leader for RIMA who plans, consults, and helps establishes accounting policies and objectives for departments in accordance with board directives and corporate charter. He has been a consultant in the industry for ensuring sound accounting practices are met to ensure customers are met with the best value for the products sold to them. Contracting documents are provided for customers ensuring long term value and investment towards their businesses where the products greatly appreciate in value due to their cost savings in energy use.
